Course Description:

What are your professional, ethical, and legal responsibilities as a supervisor regarding workplace sexual harassment?

Did you know that on average, the licensing board disciplines one clinician per month for sexual behavior-related violations? As a practice owner, manager, or supervisor, do you recognize the red flags? This training aims to prepare supervisors to prevent workplace sexual boundary violations and harassment, reduce liability, and prevent time waste.

Sexual Harassment in the workplace is costly and damaging to both employers and employees. Not only does it pose a risk of legal cost, but the human cost is the most devastating. This two-hour supervisors' training covers the legal and ethical guidelines of sexual harassment prevention, red flags, warning signs, prevention steps, and the required steps for employers to address ongoing harassment. Remedies and legal procedures available to victims will be covered.
